"In the short amount of time that we knew Jennifer, it was an instant appreciation for her humble personality as well as outgoing and her honesty that won us over. My wife and self had been searching for a home on our own and as first time buyers it became hectic almost immediately. We then decided to seek help via Homes for Hero's and they gifted us with JP to guide us and help us find out first home. She was patient, informative, and she made us her priority. Her attentiveness to detail and organizational skills exceeded our expectations. She was able to get us into a new build home via DR Horton. Let me tell you, we do not regret ever meeting JP. She has since become a great friend to us. Most of all she was involved in the whole home buying process until and even after we moved into our home. "Jennifer Powell was my primary home buying support representative during my house hunting/home buying venture (March - June 2020). Jennifer was incredibly patient and supportive when presented with my house hunting request. All showings were timely and met my desired home buying criteria. When showing scheduled properties, she made sure all properties were in adherence to Covid-19 guidelines; therefore, I felt very safe and comfortable during showings. "My husband and I worked with Jennifer when purchasing our home last year. We absolutely loved our experience with her! While we have worked with realtors before, most made us feel pressured to buy or became frustrated when we wanted to view more homes/ask more questions.Working with Jennifer was completely different! She made us feel comfortable and welcomed any questions we had. She did not pressure us, accommodated our crazy schedule with our newborn son and responded professionally and quickly every time we suggested a different home to view (which was fairly often). She also provided feedback on traffic and distance to work (both of which were important to us being new to the area).After working with us on many viewings, she helped us in the process of purchasing our first home together! We loved working with her! We would recommend her to anyone - and if we ever decide to move we already know who to call!"
